Despite these accommodations, Morgan was terminated, allegedly for failing to follow company policies and not showing up for work on November 17, 2020. Morgan filed a lawsuit claiming disability-based discrimination, retaliation, and failure to accommodate under the ADA and PHRA, as well as wrongful discharge under Pennsylvania common law.The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania granted summary judgment in favor of Allison Crane.
